    How to contact the Queen's Medical Centre Campus Diabetes Service    
 
      The Queen's Medical Centre Campus Diabetes Unit telephone number is 0115 9709215. Out of hours and when all the staff are busy an answerphone is left on. If you leave a message you will be called back as soon as possible. If you have an urgent problem out of hours, you can call ward C54 for advice (0115 9709213), call your own GP.    
 
    How to contact the City Hospital Campus Diabetes Service    
 
      If you are under the care of City Hospital campus and would like an appointment with a diabetes specialist nurse and/or the diabetes dietitians please contact Michelle, Trudi or Gemma on 0115 9627621 or 0115 9627622.

There is a telephone answering service provided for patients whose diabetes is under the care of The City Hospital. The diabetes nurses can be contacted for advice on diabetes and related problems, 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday on 0115 9627621 (excluding Bank Holidays). Calls are answered as soon as possible.

Urgent Messages - NB You are advised not to leave urgent messages or queries on the answering machine. In an Emergency please contact your GP or NHS Direct 0845 46 47.
